Nice location and spacious home, but cleanliness, communication, and missing advertised amenities were disappointing.

The home was spacious and had plenty of room for our group. We appreciated that extra covers/blankets were provided, and it was nice that someone came out to maintain the pool during our stay. The location in Champions Gate was also convenient for attractions and restaurants.

The home could have been cleaner upon arrival, and there appeared to be water damage on part of the ceiling. Communication was difficult because it was hard to get in contact with someone when needed. The listing also stated there was access to the community waterpark, but we did not receive access during our stay. The grill provided was very small and not clean enough to use comfortably. We also noticed there were no basic seasonings provided, which is something many vacation rentals usually include.
