What a cosy and convenient flat in beautiful Kingsland. Lukia is an amazing host and made us feel right at home. The flats are squeaky clean, beautifully decorated and have a lovely view. They have solar power, hot water, internet ++ The kids loved playing in the park and we all had a lovely evening stroll around the Kingsland complex. It is a convenient location - 5 minutes away from all the shops and restaurants in Kabulonga. We will definately be back soon!

If you check in late theres an additional $20 that you have to pay which is not mentioned as checkin time ends at 00.00 so I dont know. There was no hot water. But overall it was clean and nice. Just not value for money if you ask me.

The location was very good and the apartments were fairly clean
The disappointing part was that when we checked in we had no water in the flat and it took continous follow ups for the host to move us to another flat which had water. Unfortuantely the flat we were moved into had no hot water for the 3 days that we spent there as the plumber never fixed the geyser element. The 5th & 6th day were quite pleasent as the flat we moved into had hot water. The beddings were not very good quality as they looked worn out and need replacement
