The location
There was just one set of cutlery, the beddings were not warm especially considering that it’s winter here in Zambia, the bedroom was a bit dusty meaning they do not pay attention.

it was nice as there was a variety each day.
we were also priviledged to have room service .
and on the last day we requested for early breakfast which was done ontime.
we failed to use wifi to connect netflix

location was good for what we had to do, they had good air conditioning and decor, their laundry service was great! the guards were very friendly and helpful.
Bathroom had what appeared to be mold and the lighting was very dim, water pressure was inconsistent, and so was breakfast. breakfast get's stale when you have the same thing everyday, no cleaning supplies in the kitchen and minimal utensils.
