Cleanliness and friendliness of staff was top class. The value for money was fair as well.
The bathroom toilet tap was low on pressure, on some days we did not have hot water. However, for most of the stay we had constant power, WiFi, good TV and Netflix and hot water.

By phone we requested early entry after arriving at the airport early in the morning since we were transferred to a different flight. After checking for a cleaned apartment, she phoned back and we were allowed to move in and do the check-in paperwork the next day. The staff members were all very friendly and helpful during our two week stay. With the gate manned 24 hours/7 we felt very safe. The grounds, parking areas (we had parking for 2 cars), roads and rooms were meticulously cleaned every day.
Honestly, I can't think of anything we didn't like about our stay at Longhorn Ibex. The things we didn't like such as driving distances to places we visited were out of Longhorn's control. Almost every taxi driver transferring our friends to and from Longhorn Ibex ignored "IBEX" and their sat nav took them to Longhorn "Executive". They then charged extra even though it was their mistake. Again, that was not the responsibility of Longhorn Ibex apartments.

It was modern and in a quiet environment. Very secure area.
My apartment wasn’t clean. But the other apartment I had booked for my friends was clean.
