Das Apartment ist wirklich super! Die Lage ist hervorragend, die Räumlichkeiten waren sehr sauber und die Aussicht ist absolut top. Der Strand sowie einige Restaurants waren in ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch Bus und Bahn sind in der Nähe, wenn man in die Altstadt fahren möchte. Der Vermieter war ausgesprochen nett, zuvorkommend und sehr hilfreich.
Was man allerdings beachten muss: Ganz in der Nähe gibt es eine Disko und man hört die Musik bis spät in die Nacht. Ohrstöpsel sind also Pflicht!
Etwas störend war die offene Dusche und deren unmittelbare Nähe zum Bett. Zudem haben wir einen Spiegel im Flur sowie einen Staubsauger vermisst.

Appartement très agréable, moderne et bien équipé. Très bon emplacement par rapport aux plages et à la ville (proximité immédiate de la plage et des stations de transport en commun).
Nuisances sonores avec le Marina beach club à proximité mais avec les bouchons d'oreilles ça passe ..😂.
Suggestion : améliorer la cloison sur la terrasse entre les appartements 2 et 3 de façon à ce qu'il y ait plus d'intimité. On avait l'impression que les voisins étaient chez nous. C'étaientt de gros fumeurs et avec la traille en guise de cloison on en prenais plein le nez.

Die Unterkunft ist total modern und schick eingerichtet. Sehr sauber und alles da, was man braucht. Tolle Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist optimal und in die Stadt kommt man gut mit Uber oder mit dem Bus.
Man muss wissen, dass es durch den Beach Club in der Nähe abends / nachts relativ laut ist.
Außerdem gibt es in der Nähe keinen Supermarkt oder Kiosk, um mal schnell etwas einzukaufen.
