Beautiful property, in a good location for the beach. Lots of restaurants etc around. A little further from the busy areas, so if you want to visit the famous restaurants you'll need to do a (risky) 45 min walk or get a scooter for 10 mins. Owner was very friendly and accommodating, including letting us keep our luggage there for a few hours after checking out.
Property is a little hard to find; we had a google maps link which was correct, but there were no signs or anything and our taxi driver was very skeptical. A sign at the top of the road would be super helpful.
Pool and garden is also not really private as it is attached to the main house; not a huge issue as we weren't planning on hanging around the pool, but something to bear in mind.

Et un coq sacré qui chante à partir de 4:00 du matin jusque 07:00

What an amazing little find! I travel solo and this Villa was just perfect for a quick 1 night stay, I wish I'd stayed longer. It was in a great location and the cottage was wonderfully comfortable, lovely big bed, very clean, beautiful bathroom, amazing pool surrounded by luscious plants. The dogs are cute too. The villa is upstairs in the backyard of the owner, who I didn't get to meet, but the staff made me feel very welcomed. The nightly price is incredible, no wonder it books out quick.
The sun comes straight in through the front doors in the morning and it's too hot to sit on the balcony, but the aircon is very quiet and with the window blinds up, lets in a lot of light. The villa is next door to an indoor sporting complex and it was quite noisy in the early evening, but heard nothing after 10pm.

Lovely wooden cottage in a stunning garden with your own pool, kitchen, etc. There are 2 friendly little dogs on the property and the manager is super friendly & speaks perfect English. Hidden in the middle of Seminyak close to everything. Will definitely come back.
