The property was beautiful! It was very well equipped with very well thought out and excellent quality furniture. We loved the private pool which was plenty big enough for our family of 5 and it really felt like a home from home. You could tell that a lot of thought had gone into the property to make sure guests were comfortable and there was a feeling of luxury. We were very impressed.
There wasn’t very much around, we did have to drive to eat out. There were some restaurants nearby but nothing that we particularly liked the look of.
We also had an issue checking in. I had requested a time to meet and then nobody showed up which left us slightly panicked! I managed to get hold of the host though and then somebody came to let us in but that did take about an hour which left us out in the heat of the day so was not impressed by this. When the person did arrive to let us in, it felt as though before we went in she had nipped in quickly to put towels out, restock toilet roll etc so almost like they weren’t ready for us. She also had clearly just come from the beach with her kids! So this was not a good first impression. We also found a lot of broken toys and a deflated rubber ring around the pool, almost as though they had run out of time to clear this up. However the villa was absolutely beautiful and everything else was beautiful so I wouldn’t let this out anybody off as we would definitely return.
