The beds were comfortable. The price was good.
Very small duplex in back of property. The bedrooms are up a flight of stairs. Its quite a distance from downtown by bus but still doable. Quite sparsely equipped kitchen area.

Difficult to rate the property as we arrived late and left early so really only showered and slept there, however, the kitchen appeared to be well equipped. Communication with the host was good. Bed and pillows were comfortable.

The property is in a cute, quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to a few cafes/restaurants. Downtown would be a drive or Uber away. House was well appointed and comfortable. Basic, but comfortable and priced right.
It's definitely not walking distance to downtown Vancouver, so if you're wanting to spend time there, you'll need a car, taxi/Uber or figure out the buses.
