All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Food was good. Beautiful gardens and lovely, peaceful location. Bar area was lovely with amazing views. Room cleaning was good.
An extra blanket would have made it more comfortable. Labels to indicate meat or vegetarian food would be good. The dinners were way too late-8pm. Which meant we had to feed our children something before. We normally eat at about 5. The single use table cloths seemed very wasteful-could tables just be wiped clean?

Amazing beautiful views, great pool, modern and clean restaurant and pool areas, friendly stuff, the territory of hotel is spacious with lovely gardens, very relaxing atmosphere in general.
The breakfast buffet had a very poor choice, basics things like scramble eggs or sausages were not there. Queuing up for half an hour for a basic fried egg and a bacon was not ideal.

The pool sight is awesome! very fine! Place looked very tidy and taken care of.
Half pension is excelent. Restaurant crew very polite and helpful.
Gardens were beautiful
Rooms are a bit old and TV hard to set up to watch on apps.
Would have liked to have water bottles every day.

The location and view from swimming pool
The facilities are very old and not properly cleaned. At the reception the smell is really bad. The room are very old fashioned and the garden are not well maintained, give a sensation of abandoned, especially in the room more faraway from the reception. The breakfast was terrible either way not fresh options, few fruits and salads are in poor condition. Unfortunately you have no options to choose to include breakfast and dinner but it was not good to eat it.
