Absolutely in love with this place. Be prepared for the stairs but so extremely worth it.

Location phenomenal! Hosts are quick to respond and very nice.

The front door lock sticks a bit. Hopefully that will be fixed soon.

In a word, DISGUSTING!

.The only thing I liked was its close proximity to beach access.

It was dirty. Toilets had fecal matter in them, flatware was placed in the flatware drawer with food crusted on them, they table under the TV had grime, handprints, and greasy smears in it. The main "sliding" patio door into the unit was nearly impossible to open. Your had to force it open 8-10 inches, then squeeze your body into the opening and push it open with your full body weight. The external fire alarm was dangling from its box, wires exposed. It was dingy and very poorly cared for. The door code I was given was the incorrect code; I had to call the after hours emergency number and wait fir a call back to get a correct door code.

Access was easy and convenient. The location, view, and pool are wonderful. Perfect arrangement for our family with a teenager.

More bath and kitchen towels would be helpful and an updated TV in the main room would be nice. We had to rewash the dishes before use, but that is a temporary issue.
