Oceanfront with a fabulous location, this Carolina Beach Rental is the one that you want! Two bedrooms and two baths, this unit will sleep up to 4 Guests. It’s time to relax and you can do so by lounging on the spacious deck that spans from the master bedroom to the living room. There is nothing obstructing the spectacular views of the ocean! You will have access to all the must need amenities such as a well equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, coffee maker and three smart TV’s! At Sands 5, there is a community pool that is open from Mid-May through Mid-September (dates available are determined by the HOA). Also, on the grounds there is a common area with grills and picnic areas for your use. The location of this property is very central on the Island. You’re a short walk away from the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, the Carolina Beach Lake, and a variety of different restaurants and shops! Jump in the car, and now you’re only a short drive from all that Pleasure Island has to offer you. No smoking is allowed on the Sands 5 premises.
There is only one parking space available per unit, so make sure you ask us about other parking options if you have more than one vehicle.

Property was nice with a beautiful view of the ocean. The large balcony was my favorite place to sit when we were not at the beach. The kitchen is set up with everything needed to make meals. There was plenty of dishware and utensils as well. We were a little surprised we had to put the sheets on our bed but it only took a few minutes so wasn't a big deal. The bedroom got hot at night, a ceiling fan would be a nice addition. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would consider staying again.

The condo was immaculate! The location was perfect! The beds were comfortable as well as the couch and love seat! The deck was huge and great for relaxing and listening to the waves! This condo did not disappoint! We will be back!

The property’s location was nice but:We were told to bring our own towels, yet they were provided. The A/C is supposed to set at 78 degrees, which we obliged, but with no fans in the rooms, it was very uncomfortable.
