Beautiful room with plenty of space for my family and I. It was wonderful to come back to a cool and clean room after walking all day through the heat of venice. Really glad I booked this place.
Easy check in, and quiet comfortable room with split unit.
Nothing bad.
But please note how far you are from the regular tourist path. I have been to venice before so was aware I was booking something that added a bit of a walk. It was nice and quite and worth it for me to be away from the crowds for sleeping.
But I think some travelers may not be expecting venice to be so much walking.

The property had a washing machine, towels, Air Conditioning and a beautiful view.
I didn’t like that we had to take out our own garbage and dispose of it else where. If you miss the time that the bins are 6:30-8:30 am then you had to find somewhere else to dispose it.
