Hele lieve host die alles voor je doet en regelt en graag een praatje maakt. Het huisje is erg ruim en netjes. 'Smorgens wakker worden met de apen in de bomen.

遺跡の出口からすぐにあり、暑い時間は部屋な戻って休むことができた。
エアコン、温水シャワーが付いていた。
自転車のレンタルを手伝ってくれた。
管理さんがスマートフォンを持ってなかったため、WhatsApp による連絡がとれなかった。

This property has two villas. I stayed in the front villa, which is slightly larger and has its own dining area and kitchenette equipped with a microwave and a mini fridge. The location is very convenient, within walking distance of the main Polonnaruwa archaeological park. Rankot Vehera is less than a three-minute walk away, making it an ideal base to explore the archaeological site. The bedroom was clean, spacious and comfortable.
The caretaker, Ranjith, was very helpful and provided excellent service.
Considering its price point, this villa provides excellent value for money, and I would definitely recommend it. However, if you are looking for luxury, you might want to consider different options.
Some of the things they could improve are.
- The front villa faces the street, so there is limited privacy. I would recommend that the owners consider planting a privacy hedge or something similar.
- The room did not have a place to hang clothes or a luggage rack.
- The bathroom shower does not have a cubicle, so the bathroom floor can get wet easily.

No disturbances at all. The location is great—within walking distance to Gal Vihara and other pilgrimage sites. It’s a nice place, and the owner has clearly put a lot of effort into maintaining a peaceful, jungle-like atmosphere.

"All was good. A small house in a quiet place nearby the ancient site. 5 mn with tuk tuk to the city center but we preferred walk because it’s a nice road along the river. Nice Big room and comfortable..."
