The location is really good, the staff is amazing, Carlitos helps us everything we need it. The facilities are really clean and when we need something as hair dryer and clothes iron they helped as. The breakfast is not included, but is not a problem because in the sector there are many places where you can eat. Also, In front of the hotel there are a guy that cook amazing hamburgers and hot dogs at night.
The automatic entrance doors are not working. And the female that works in the reservation is a little bit serious. Other than that is amazing.

Tiene una buena ubicación para ir al lugar que necesitaba y su personal era amable
Cuando ingresé a la habitación, el baño no parecía estar muy limpio y encontré varias cosas en mal estado o que no funcionaban correctamente. La ventana no cerraba bien, por lo que durante la noche entraba mucho frío. Además, había un plafón de luz dañado, el baño botaba agua constantemente y, al utilizar el lavamanos, el agua se salía por la parte de abajo.
El teléfono de la habitación tampoco funcionaba, así que tuve que bajar personalmente hasta recepción para poder conseguir un número de WhatsApp y comunicarme con ellos.
En general, considero que la habitación necesita una mejor revisión y mantenimiento antes de ser entregada a los huéspedes.
