Lovely little flat, perfect for a couple

Great for the price and got all the amenities necessary. Amazing AC and walking distance to the beach. Bus stops nearby to get into the centre in twenty minutes. Easy check in using a lock box.

There was a bit of a dip in the double bed but it was still comfortable.

Modern apartment in the perfect location

The property is modern, well equipped and in perfect location! Close to the beach, port, shopping centre and City of Arts. Our stay was very comfortable, check-in very easy also communication with the staff was fantastic and everyone seemed to be very friendly. During our stay the key card stopped working and we received the new one almost immediately. We will definitely look forward to stay there again and recommend it to our friends.

We did not have hot water during our stay. It wasn’t freezing cold but shower was a challenge now and then.

Dissapointed.

Nice location with good bus connections.

Floor was not clean upon arrival, stains on the couch, poor kitchen utensils and cutlery (only 1 small spoon, no bread knife, only one small knife for cutting vegetables, meat etc., only 3-4 soup spoons and forks), poor cleaning set and very bad (way too thin, too soft mattress and I have only 60kg, after 30s you feel the lower support under mattress). Overall we were very disappointed especially considering the price of apartment. Also generally very bad and denial responses regarding mentioned problems with the apartment hose via WhatsApp. In the end seems like they don’t care at all for anything besides money. I would not recommend.
