I arrived at the hotel around 9:00 a.m., and they had my room ready by 10:30 a.m. After a long flight, I was completely exhausted, so I truly appreciated their efficiency.
Nothing.

Perfecto lugar en Roma, es la 3ra vez que voy a Roma y este lugar esta muy bueno.
La recepcion del hotel es en otro edificio, no esta muy bien especificado y se pierde tiempo en el check in...bastante. Por lo demas todo muy bien

Clean & modern. Perfectly located for a tourist, a comfortable walk from the train station and to most of Rome's attractions. Staff were patient and pleasant. We appreciated the air conditioning, the ability to store our bags after check-out, and the lounge that was made available to us even after check-out.
Room was somewhat small and aesthetically cold. The view of the opposing building out the window did not help the appearances. Not necessarily an accomodation I would spend a ton of time in for that reason, better thought of as a home base for exploring Rome. A little pricey, but probably perfectly inline with other hotels in the area of this quality.

Room was spacious
The check in was in another building and the room was not cozy, no warmth in the room.
