Nice quiet location with plenty of parking .
The overall atmosphere of the hotel was not like many I have stayed in .
We sat down for breakfast and was told that was not our table . If the hotels policy is allocated seating then there should be a member of staff to greet you . One bottle of water in the room when there is obviously two guests staying . I appreciate this is complimentary and may sound trivia but these are the finer details that make the difference between an acceptable hotel and a good hotel that makes you want to go back . I’m afraid next time we are visiting Sheringham I would certainly look elsewhere though I would not be opposed to staying at Roman Inn just not a stick in mind welcoming hotel .

Great food, friendly staff, very nice ambiance. Secure bike storage.
Noise from road when window open to air the room at night and it took a long while for the hot water to come through for the shower.

It was central
It was a small room and I could hear the next room’s conversation and they were not being loud

"Everything was exceptional from being checked into our room (16) by “Grace” front of house, she was lovely as were all the staff, the room and facilities were clean and cosy, we had evening meal/desse..."
