VERY disappointing and an extreme waste of money

The location was great. We rented for proximity to my son's wedding venue

This property was a major disappointment and not as advertised. We arrived to find a stranger inside the house taking marketing photos, which was unsettling. The house smelled bad, and multiple bathrooms were unusable: the downstairs shower had no curtain or enclosure, and the upstairs tub was broken. The beds were extremely hard, and noise travels throughout the house, especially in the upstairs master. We rented this home for family activities, but most amenities were unusable. The pickleball court was dirty and covered in leaves. The pool was green and unusable. The listing photos are misleading—there were no pool lounge chairs and no furniture on the back patio, despite it being shown as a gathering space. The ping pong table had no net or paddles. The management company was difficult to communicate with and passed me between multiple people. They acknowledged the issues and promised fixes, but nothing was resolved. They also admitted a partial refund was warranted, then failed to follow through. No refund was ever issued. This property is misleadingly advertised, and the management company does not honor its commitments. I would not recommend renting here.
