Todo limpio, súper cerca de la estación y a 5min también del centro (porque Vernazza es enano), personal amable, un puente muy cute al entrar. Un puntazo los sillones y el jacuzzi con luces dentro de la habitación y un detalle los sobres de café y de té y la botella de agua. Hay también una mini nevera, que nosotros no utilizamos porque nos quedamos solo 1 noche. En frente hay un bar para desayunar muy chulo, Il pirata, con un camarero súper majo!! Experiencia guay con todo :)

Ampia stanza nuovissima e con tutti i comfort. Doccia grandissima, vasca idromassaggio in camera. Pulizia impeccabile e silenzio!

Very nice place to stay. Near the train station, very clean, modern, free of dampness which is hard to find around here, check in very straight forward. I definitely recommend!
The windows need blackout curtains as outside light come through but that’s my personal preference. Bring a eye mask if you need complete darkness

ロケーションは駅から近く静かに過ごせる。室内も快適。
とにかくすたつふの対応が最悪。前日にチェックインの確認をしても返信がない。到着前にこちらから電話したら、ビルにいるから到着したら電話しろと言われたが、ビル前から電話しても出ない… どういう対応？
たまたま別のホテルのスタッフに尋ねたところ、スタッフ同士が知り合いで直接電話してくれた。結局は、部屋の鍵は空いていてキーもデスクに置いていた。だったら最初からそうメッセージを送ってくれれば簡単だったのに！初めて行く土地で、顧客がどれだけ不安な気持ちになったか。
なお、チェックアウト後の荷物預かりも、オフィスで可能と言われたが約束の朝９時にオフィスはクローズしており、他の荷物預かり所を急遽探して対応した。
部屋以外の対応が最悪だった事を皆さんに伝えたく、その覚悟で予約してください。
