Everything m, roomy clean nice comfy bed, everything you need for a stay, soft toilet roll. Well situated for local dinks and food

Neither self catering nor not self catering, a bit of both. Only kettle, toaster and microwave provided so we had to revert to toast instead of our normal cooked breakfast and expensive eating out for evening dinner. only seating a low sofa bed, only table a low coffee table. cutlery and crockery provided but no table or chairs to sit and eat at. No furniture to speak of, just an open clothes rack., Heating is 2 electric wall units each with digital controls but no instructions/ guidance how to work them. Same applies to the very complex TV. Only surface to put everyday things on are windowsills. What is there is all nearly new, working and well presented but the property is not practical to occupy for more than the occasional night.
