It’s well located within 5 minutes walk to subway and supermarket, the area is pleasant. It’s nice to have a sitting corner for breakfast and late snack. The air condition is good, it even does dehumidifier which is handy when using the washing machine.
For us the stairway was hard to negociate with our luggage. It’s very steep which is hard to go up or down after days of walking. The bathroom floor is very tight. When sitting on the toilet the knees touch the door. Above the entrance door of the flat there is an emergency exit sign that is alight 24 hours and light the all flat at night, making sleeping difficult.
