Bed was comfortable, towels were amazing and we received every other day a new set.
There were a million rules stated in a book with additiona costs if broken. We felt on our toes because of this. Especially because the room had damages to the walls, furnitures and floors from before we checked-in. We recorded these damages especially for if we were to be blamed for it. This made the stay a bit uncomfortable. The rooms were overly full. We had a room for three (mayhe even 4). However it felt very cramped due to the sofa and coffeetable that was situated. No places to put the suitcases. They had a bunkbed situation above the beds but the metal rod ladder was so hard to climb with luggage so that was not an option as storage
