The view is really beautiful and the flat was exactly like in the photos with new furniture. The building itself is old, but the staff is very nice and kind. The owner replies fast through booking for any additional questions or support needed.
The apartment was clean, but there were some issues with the cleaning services, for example there were dishes from the previous guests dirty on the kitchen and old food in the fridge. We reported to the owner and someone came to clean, but didn’t remove any of the old food/dirty dishes from the fridge.

localização, toalhas, chuveiro, colchao e travesseiros sao bons tambem .
fiquei em flat mas o hotel em si esta bem judiado e precisando de muita reforma e melhorias. Fui anos atras mas esta bem antigo. Tambem nao teve garagem pra mim e tive que estacionar mais longe. A pia do banheiro é minuscula e nem cabia a necessaire em cima. No meu caso nao teve café da manha e estavam cobrando R$ 72 (bem caro na minha opiniao)

Localização, limpeza, anfitrião responde rápido e conforto do flat.
Tudo estava ótimo mas poderia ter varal para roupas molhadas.
