Nice apartment, awful customer service

The apartment was fine, 2 bedrooms, well located.

Terrible customer service. The air conditioning didn't work, and since it was summer, the room was hot. The worst part was that the host never responded to our emails (the cell phone number didn't have WhatsApp, and we only had internet access); he completely ignored them. We only asked for a fan.

Internetverbindung leider nich funktioniert. Die Ausstattung der Küche war sehr dürftig.
