Great to have a driveway to park on.

Apartment was top class... modern, roomy & very comfortable with all mod cons!
A bit of a walk from the coast path but well worth it for the high quality accommodation. Would've scored 10 but for a lack of tea or coffee, although milk was available. There was also no washing powder provided... and since we needed to do laundry on our walking trip (why we booked somewhere with a washing machine) we found it a little frustrating. Having said that, it was easy enough to pop round the corner to Tesco to get what we needed.

The property was well located for everything in Sidmouth, yet very quiet. The flat was Huge! Large kitchen, large lounge, large bedroom, 2 toilets. A bath and a separate shower. By far the largest we have ever stayed in. It also had its own parking. Priced very reasonably for what we received. Would highly recommend

Lovely spacious accommodation, equipped with everything we needed. Ideal location, and its own parking space saved a lot of hassle.
