I loved the really big balcony! You could see great views of the city, the pool, the ocean. I loved it was on the 20th floor and on the end of the building. I loved that you could lay out and tan on the balcony. Easy check in and check out. It was clean and the decor set the tone for a comfortable beach themed vacation. I loved that the sliding balcony doors had blinds/shades that are electric so you could open and close them while still laying in the bed. That was probably one of the coolest features! Washer and dryer worked great! Beds and pillows were comfortable. I enjoyed having covered and assigned parking so no driving around looking for a spot. The neighborhood was nice and felt safe, clean. Pier park is a short distance. The pier was beautiful and Walmart and Target are close as well. Sea Screamer is a must! Also cannot forget to mention the chairs and umbrella beach service. Nice to have that service free with the rental and to have some random beach toys and items for use in the laundry room. The pool was large enough and not over crowded at any point. Best rental I’ve had over the years!
The parking garage is somewhat a tight squeeze for bigger vehicles. You will have to back up and go forward a few times just to get up the floors and to your parking spot, but not really bad since it is only to the 3rd floor. It’s not a deal breaker!
