ABANDONAMOS LA VIVIENDA TRAS LA PRIMERA NOCHE: Graves faltas de limpieza, mantenimiento y seguridad
La imagen general de la propiedad difería mucho de la ofrecida durante el proceso de reserva. Había varios puntos de iluminación exterior deteriorados, con cableado visible y accesible en distintas zonas de la finca, así como otros elementos exteriores en mal estado de conservación. Al viajar con niños, esta situación nos generó una especial preocupación, ya que parte de estas instalaciones se encontraban en zonas de paso y próximas a la piscina.
Además, junto a la entrada de acceso a nuestra vivienda en zonas comunes existía un espacio utilizada como taller mecánico y almacenamiento de vehículos en desuso, herramientas, materiales y piezas. La presencia de estos elementos, junto con materiales acumulados, no es una sorpresa agardable cuando reservas un alquiler vacacional.
El estado general de mantenimiento y SEGURIDAD ( una regleta accesible al lado del banco de la piscina) era insuficiente con vegetación descuidada, acumulación de restos de poda, materiales como baldosas, una bombona de butano junto al acceso a la vivienda y objetos abandonados, entre ellos un jacuzzi fuera de uso, que dan un aspecto poco agradable al entorno.
A todo ello se sumaban diversos problemas de limpieza e higiene, entre ellos suciedad acumulada en el baño, numerosos mosquitos muertos adheridos a las paredes del dormitorio principal y la presencia de una cucaracha viva en el interior del alojamiento.
La situación observada no se limitaba a una estancia concreta, sino que afectaba al conjunto de la propiedad, tanto en las zonas interiores como exteriores. Aunque las incidencias fueron comunicadas a Booking desde la primera noche, optamos por no iniciar una gestión directa con la propiedad durante nuestra estancia. Al viajar con menores, no queríamos generar una situación de tensión en el que todavía nos encontrábamos alojados y una situación imposible de subsanar a corto plazo. Consegimos encontrar un alojamiento y nos fuimos a primera hora.
