The location and the view are definitely the biggest advantages of this apartment — you step outside and the sea is right there. The apartment has two bathrooms, good Wi-Fi, and three air conditioners, which is a big plus, especially during warm weather. The windows face east, so the apartment gets pleasant morning light.
The host also confirmed our early check-in between 13:00 and 14:00, which was very convenient. The apartment had all the necessary beach equipment, including beach chairs, towels and a parasol, although the parasol could use replacing.
The bed linen and towels were clean. There is also a large balcony where it is very pleasant to spend time and enjoy the view.
Unfortunately, cleanliness was the main issue during our stay. The apartment had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. The floor was covered in sand, making it impossible to comfortably walk around barefoot. The toilets and bathrooms had not been properly cleaned after the previous guests.
The kitchen countertop and dining table were dirty and greasy, apparently after cooking by previous guests. The dishes had been put away in the cupboards, but some of them were still dirty and greasy.
There was also very little dishwashing liquid — only a small amount at the bottom of the bottle, which was enough to wash the dishes by hand only once. There were only three dishwasher capsules for our nine-night stay, which was not enough.
Another issue was access to the building entrance when checking in. There is no way for guests to enter the building independently. You have to wait for someone to enter or leave, or ring different apartments until someone lets you in. Since the entrance faces west, on a sunny day you have to wait directly in the sun until someone happens to open the door. We had to wait for around 20 minutes before we could get inside, which was quite difficult and unpleasant, especially with luggage. It would be much more convenient if guests were provided with an independent way to access the building.
Some of the furniture also needs professional cleaning. The sofa and cushions in the living room had a strong and unpleasant smell, which made using the sofa rather uncomfortable.

Location and the appartment itself was perfect
We arrived late and experienced some difficulties to enter the building itself. The water heater got broken but it was replaced rather quickly.

La ubicación del depa y facilidades para acceder a la alberca y playa. Así como tiendas y terrazas.
La dificultad de encontrar aparcamiento cerca del edificio, es público y todo estaba lleno.
