We liked the charm of an old house (1930ish), the location (easy walk to the pier and beach), a place to park 2 cars and a golf cart, comfy furniture.
Because it's an old house, there are some things that require upkeep but the owners are top of it. There was a Keurig but we would have loved to have a regular coffee pot. Keep all food sealed or in the refrigerator.

Ideal location! Just a few blocks off of the beach and right by the pier. Easy walking distance for the pier, beach days and the restaurants/activities by the pier. The home was cozy, clean and the decor was smart and inviting with lots of charm and character!
