Very Comfortable cozy property.I plan to visit again in future with girlfriends, I wish there was a larger cottage, the 3 bed cottage alittle tight for 3 snoring women lol.Thankyou for a memorable stay

The cottage was great but we could have used fresh towels over our four night stay. The pool was filled with leaves on our first day and my partner ended up scooping leaves out everyday. Location is very convienent to beautiful Dunedin.

The pictures on web site does not do the room justice. Very new and clean. The pool is private and just the right size. Additional parking was available for we were traveling towing a boat. Word of advice if you want the a/c cooler adjust as soon as you arrive. It takes some time for temp to drop.
