Bedroom 2 (Western): One double bed and one single bed. Includes a private ensuite shower room. A Smart TV.
Bedroom 3 (Japanese): Traditional tatami room with two single futons. Includes a private ensuite shower room. A Smart TV.

This was a great property. The location was ideal for our stay in Kyoto. Bliss was very communicative and we had a couple of special needs that they worked with us to accommodate. We would definitely stay again.

Fantastic location. Nice living room/ hangout space. Good size house for a large group (we were 8) but the rooms setup would be very awkward for multiple families. The only vanity sink is on the ground floor. Showers on the 3rd floor open directly into the bed area. Very narrow hallways, lots of doors and steep stairs to navigate. But again, the location is awesome.

Perfect location near public transit. Tons of space over three floors. Nice common room (living, dining, kitchen) with plenty of seating. Fun Japanese toilets.

Great location, clean. Only “issue” was the downstairs shower room had an unpleasant smell at times
