About this apartment rental
Over 1600 sq. ft. of spacious living space and ceramic tile throughout; beautifully decorated. The living area features a large flat screen TV and DVD player, the kitchen is adorned with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a Keurig coffee maker. The master bedroom features a king bed a flat screen TV; master bath has dual sink vanity and a large step in shower with tiled seating. The first guest bedroom offers a queen bed and a flat screen TV; guest bathroom has a shower. The third guest bedroom offers a full sized bed and a flat screen TV. Step out onto the large glassed-in lanai to view the beautiful azure blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Experience the relaxing tropical breeze while enjoying the view of the white sandy beach! Washer and dryer located in the utility room. Phone/Wifi included. Unit comfortably sleeps 6.

Beach was fantastic.! Facilities were very good. Quite a nice area in south Siesta Key with restaurants and shops within walking distance. Took trolley into the village which was a lot of fun. Can't find anything bad to say.

incredible location , steps from beach and pool. We had 4 adults and two small children and it was perfect. pristine, clean and very comfortable beds. ONLY downside is there was absolutely no cleaning supplies (dish soap, laundry detergent, paper towels & TP all had to be bought and was a waste of products for a 7 day trip)

We have rented condos on Siesta Key for the past 20 years and this is one of our favorites for sure. The condo was clean, updated, and spacious. The walk to the beach was super short and the chair attendants were friendly. Three bedrooms are hard to find, we hope to rent again.
