Gorgeous third floor unit with great view of the tropical grounds, crystal white sands and Gulf of Mexico. Spacious screened lanai stretches across living room to master bedroom. All new kitchen and appliances! Very tastefully decorated; Living room has TV & DVD. Master bedroom offers king size bed with TV. Master bath with dual sink vanity and large walk-in shower. Guest bedroom has 2 twin beds. Recently updated guest bath has a walk in shower. Washer & Dryer. Sleeper Sofa in living room. Free WiFi. Unit accommodates up to 6 people.

Chinaberry 436 is a really nice condo. Great views of the Gulf. Loved the free beach chars and umbrellas. We had an awesome time.

We’ve stayed at Midnight Cove before and it’s a great place for families! This unit is in a great location with good sunset and ocean views. It was clean and nicely furnished. Hopefully they get the shower doors fixed soon! Minor inconvenience though.

The condo was clean and updated. The view of the pool and the ocean was beautiful. Very convenient location close walking distance to restaurants, shops, and trolley stop. We took the free trolley to the village multiple times for dinner and shopping. We will definitely stay here again!

435 Chinaberry was a nice property. But the kitchen lacked some cookie sheets to bake, oven mitts and grilling utensils. I was not confident about cleanliness when I went to use a saucepan with residue. The beds were not comfortable. Outside of that it is a nice property beach service staff really good and hard working to get you set up on beach.
