About this house rental
The mid-century pool bungalow is the ideal space to take in all that Redding has to offer. The home is situated in the heart of town, on a tree-lined street with majestic shade oaks and magnolias offering greenery and a nice shade canopy during the hot summer months. The house is designed as a modern open floor plan with white vaulted beam ceilings and lots of natural light. The home has a cute front yard as well as a private secluded side garden ready to host your family outdoors with soft synthetic turf, an outdoor dining table, and new Weber gas grill. This space connects along the side yard to the rear pool deck which is filled with comfortable seating options. The home comes with a well-stocked kitchen and plenty of comfy furnishings throughout the home. Unfortunately, we don't have a washer/dryer available, so please pack accordingly.

The host was always quick to answer any of our questions. The house is wonderful to stay in. We are thinking of booking it again for the summer.

Cool MCM style house but we were underwhelmed once we really got into the place. It could definitely use a deep cleaning, upgrades to everyday use items, and the pool needed a refresh. We had five people staying for two nights and only received six bath towels. Only had five forks in the kitchen. So stocked items that other rentals generally have were pretty limited. Seemed to be in a friendly neighborhood that we felt safe in.
