Property was fun and had great access to the river. However upon check in there was a loud alarm that was sounding from a locked closet for 10 minutes. There was also a ring camera in the living room which was a little concerning but overall a good experience.

We had some difficulties getting into the house but once we got in we could settle. The kitchen was rough with the two burners and one skillet to cook for a family of 7.

Western exposure so morning coffee outside without hot sun was fantastic. Safe swim area for kids because of jetty. No worry about floating down river. Kids loved jumping off dock into this area being able to use dock stairs to get out. Lots of outdoor seating with several palapas for shade. Lots of seating inside house with large living and kitchen areas. Did suggest to host a few additional items for future guests.
