Location was great / on the seafront for swimming and easy to walk to Ortigia

The entire stay was absolutely incredible from the moment we arrived to when we left. The staff were all very kind and made us feel right at home during our vacation! The hotel is in a great location and allows for an amazing walk to Ortigia. Not to mention, the morning cappuccino's and caffe latte's were worth the stay alone. We were also lucky enough to be upgraded for free which we also appreciated tremendously! Thank you for an amazing stay!
This is nothing against the hotel at all and I'm excited to return to see what it looks like when it is completed, but the construction of the pathways and streets in front of the hotel did make it somewhat difficult to maneuver our luggage when we arrived and when we left, but again, not the hotel's fault at all and it still was an amazing stay!

The staff were very helpful and breakfast was good. Location was good - halfway between Ortigia and the Neapolis archeological park so we could walk to both areas. The hotel vibe is great.
Right now the city is putting in new parking and walking areas in front of the hotel. The work should be finished by April but it makes getting to the hotel a bit of a struggle if you are walking.

Parking, locality, restaurant next to the hotel.
A room smells like somebody smokes there, dirty bed, no breakfest, no kitchen, no glasses, no wine opener, no trash, nobody answer to call
