This was a perfect property for our family to celebrate our daughter’s DU graduation weekend. The kitchen is extremely well appointed, and they’ve thought of all the little details that make staying here feel like home—extra Tupperware, ziplock bags and aluminum foil for leftover food; paper towels, Keurig coffee (with pods!), and plenty of silverware, plates, bowls and glasses. The many areas of the house make it an ideal gathering space for a group regardless of the weather. That said, Denver treated us to a spectacular weekend, of which we spent the majority out on the inviting fenced-in patio. The home’s location is within easy walking distance of a cute area with shops, restaurants and a coffee shop. There is window a/c in all the bedrooms except the double full room, and the only negative is that the one in the basement King room is VERY loud. All around a perfect spot for our family gathering and we would absolutely stay again. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Great location. Walkable to restaurants, Wash Park. Easy parking.Very well equipped kitchen, games, nice towels.We really enjoyed the outside patio. Perfect place to hang out & catch up. Thank you !

10/10 location! House is super cute, quaint and was a great size for 3 couples and a single. Close to everything and backyard patio was an incredibly fun place to chill.
