Charming Solvang Cottage — Perfect Location!A wonderful find in Solvang! The cottage is quaint and charmingly older with a clean minimalist aesthetic that fits right in with the Danish village vibe of the town. The house is clearly set up with families and kids in mind so as a couple we had way more space than we needed — but honestly we loved every bit of it. Sometimes it's nice to spread out!The fenced yard was perfect for our dogs — safe, secure and plenty of space to roam. Location is convenient — just an easy walk from the edge of Solvang. Just know the property sits at an intersection used as a cut-through parallel to Mission Drive. The hosts were great — easy to communicate with and no hassle from arrival to checkout.One important tip for future guests — pack your pantry staples before you arrive. The kitchen is equipped but there is no grocery store within walking distance so come prepared with your recipe basics or plan to drive for supplies. We did use delivery services, so that is a plus.A lovely retreat we would happily return to. Highly recommend for couples, families and pet owners alike!

This home was very comfortable for our multi-generation family. The small yard is perfect and safe for a pet or small children. We were able to park off street, have space for our belongings, relax, visit, cook, dine, and do our laundry. Given the brisk evenings and heat-wave days, we appreciated the room heaters and coolers VERY much. Thank you very much and we look forward to visiting again soon!

This home was perfect for our two dogs and us as a couple! The location is hard to beat as it’s away from the busy part of town however everything is walkable. There is more sleeping space and would be great for a family as well. It has all the bare minimum and basic needs that you could have. We would like to return with our pets again! The hosts are kind communicate quickly and check-in was very straightforward.

Very nice to spread out with plenty of room. Kitchen had nice features. Main bathroom could use some repairs or replacements.The beds were very comfortable and the space heaters were very efficient.The house was close enough for us to walk around Solvang.
