3 bedroom and 2 bathroom private house in the heart of Solvang. Charming decor and new furniture throughout. Brandy new flooring throughout the home. Spacious living area and kitchen. You have a separate dining room for family meals and a private outdoor dining space and garden. Lots of character in this historic cottage with all the updates to give you a comfortable stay. You'll be close to everything: restaurants, shopping and cafes. Most guests never turn their cars on while staying with us.

The host was amazing from start to finish. The place was a home away from home. It was my daughter, me, and 3 lil pets. I’m relocating back east and our home is on the market - it’s been rough. Also it’s been over a decade since we had a lil weekend. This was the perfect getaway. The location can’t be beat! Parking right in the driveway - it’s private and just a beautiful little cottage. There is a cozy backyard for pets and easy clean up. The host was also kind and very accommodating and let us “overstay” our welcome. Thank you SO much Sarah we feel revived and ready to pack up our Cali home and brace for our new adventure. Thank you again

Easy walking access to town, cute backyard. Took a while for house to cool off once we turned on ACs.

Great location. Convenient for walking downtown. Close to restaurants and wine tasting. Plenty of room to spread out in the house. We were able to park 2 vehicles in the driveway. Nice kitchen well furnished for cooking.

This place met my 3 Cs...comfortable, close and convenient. If your looking for a nice place to accommodate 4 to 6 people in the heart of Solvang this would be it.
