Amazing property close to Florida Keys and Miami. Property had everything we hoped for. Only drawback was the lack of control for pool/ hot tub which made for alot of texting back and forth with the host. Had an issue with the hot tub so we only had a luke warm tub for the first few days but it was fixed quickly and was working by the time we left.

We were very disappointed by the hosts lack of responsiveness. We ran into multiple issues that went unaddressed throughout our stay. The biggest issue was the initial cleanliness with dirty sheets on one of the beds, moldy liquid under a beverage dispenser, beer bottle tops throughout the backyard/pool. Also the hot tub was broken (but the pool was still heated), although we hadn't been expecting a pool so this wasn't a big deal. The gas grill was also out of gas - which the host said we could purchase and get reimbursed for (I didn't do so since I wasn't convinced I'd see the money). At the end of the stay, there were no check out instructions. All that said, the house was very well stocked and fun to be in. The kids had lots of fun and our family enjoyed our stay.
