Please ensure no regular garbage is placed in the blue recycling bin, as the city will refuse pickup, and incorrectly sorted waste will result in a $100 fine to cover the city fee.
Grill Reminder: If you use the grill during your stay, please remember to wipe it down after use. Otherwise it can create a safety hazard and may result in an additional cleaning fee.

It was an extremely nice place very peaceful. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub. The national parks were great,especially Everglades. The gardens were beautiful!!

The house was clean enough. The location was great, because we visited the National parks and Key Largo. We were not able to use the pool because it was February and pool temps were quite chilly. We were hoping to use the hot tub which is also unheated (this was not clear in the listing) and the only part that truly disappointed us with the house. The furniture is not great, outdoor furniture

At first sight the property is beautiful. The house is really nice and the yard is gorgeous. However, the owner needs to invest in more comfortable indoor living room furniture and outdoor furniture. The living room furniture was filthy dirty and the love seat had a cover over it and underneath was just like foam and the arm of the seat was wobbling. It appeared as if this furniture was found on the side of the road as garbage. The outdoor seating was mostly rusted wire chairs. The hosts property descriptions weren't all accurate. They say there is 4 bedrooms but there is only 3 in the house. They have a bed outside in the pool house. There is not a tv in the bedroom with the bunk beds, like they described. You should also know the pool was dirty and the hot tub does not heat up very well. We booked the house for 6 days and complained on day 2 that the hot tub was only getting to 86 degrees instead of 104. We kept getting excuses and even lied to saying a pool tech showed up on day 4 and said it was working. I requested a discount for our stay and then they finally came the next day to fix it. However, it only got as hot as bath water. Make sure to bring Keurig's, they didn't have a full size coffee maker or an insert to use grounds. You should also know that the owner has a security camera facing the pool and hot tub. Finally, they have rules as to how long you can heat the hot tub before an alarm goes off. That was a lie, there was no alarm. The house air was limited to 70.
