Host was great, prompt with communications, answered all questions. Neighbor hood was quiet and nice. The apartment was mostly clean as in countertops, bathroom, linen all clean, but for some reason the floors were not! It was almost like someone was in a hurry and just slopped dirty mop & water around. I appreciated having an iron, basic soap, shampoo etc. Check-in and out were both smooth and easy. We were not in the house for long, mostly at night to sleep but if you are planning on being in the house a bunch the lack of view (being in the basement), may not be ideal.

Everything went perfectly. It was clean, well stocked, and the host was very responsive. Would recommend.

Everything was great. Our kids were in a soccer tournament at McArthur Island over a long weekend. We were so happy to be close enough to ride our bikes there and be close enough to come back for rests in between games. Being able to wash their uniforms after games was amazing! We will definitely be back for future tournaments.

The basement apartment is generally really great. The one thing that we did not appreciate was a constant smell we could not mitigate eg by opening the windows and the door. Other than that a convenient place to stay!
