The upper floor comprises two bedrooms with single beds and a bathroom. A large covered balcony offers stunning views of the garden and pool.
The outdoor area features a lovely partially covered terrace. To the side of the terrace is a barbecue hut with a built-in barbecue, sink, and a small bathroom with shower/toilet and washing machine. A staircase leads down to the pool (9 m x 4.5 m) with a natural stone terrace and sun loungers. Parking is available on the property.
