With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Babas on Cannon, Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.
Getting Around:
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

The Fire Tower is in a perfect location, one block from King St. There is actually an entrance to the Fire Tower on King St. We had a fabulous trip. We explored all of King St and the French Quarter as well drove to Folly Beach one day too, only a 25 minute drive away. The Fire Tower was so clean and quiet, we will definitely stay here again. The host had quick and clear directions on how to check in and out. 1st class all the way!!

Directions to find the building need to be easier to follow. If it was at night could be difficult to find. Maybe a highlighted map would work.

Beautiful, quiet. Safe neighborhood. Convienent parking in the nearby ramp. The property itself is very nice. Roomy and very clean.The entire experience from start to finish was great!
