This is one of those rare finds… A charming little cottage in Falmouth, where you can see the ocean from the kitchen window. A great little walking path to larger beach options.

Nice little house very close to Great Pond. Clean and comfortable, good communication with host, nice furnishings and well-stocked kitchen. Short walk to the beach!

The house was clean and perfect for what we needed. It was close to restaurants, shopping, the beach and the ferries. We would stay again if we return to Falmouth.

House was cute but small. Neighborhood was quiet. View of water was limited from the house but able to walk a short distance to a small beach. Overall it was nice for a long weekend.
