Maximum of 2 vehicles allowed per reservation. Passes cannot be rotated or exchanged. All vehicles beyond this limit must be parked outside the community
We have a VERY strict NO PET POLICY. No pets permitted on or about the property at any time. Please do not inquire if you are bringing an animal. No exceptions will be made. We appreciate your understanding.
The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with a noise ordinance from surrounding neighbors after 9pm. If you are looking for a party house, unfortunately this would not be the right fit.
Additional Cleaning Fee: An additional cleaning fee of $350 will be charged to Guest for excess sand brought into the house. Guests are asked to wash their feet and feet of children before entry into the home. Sand found on furniture or in beds will result in the additional $350 cleaning fee. White towels and linens are not to be used to remove make-up or for cleaning greasy, bloody or dirty objects. A $25/towel and $55/sheet cleaning fee will be assessed for damage to towels and linens.

Our stay was wonderful. The property is even more amazing than the photos. Can’t overstate how wonderful primary bedroom and other downstairs areas were. Upstairs is very nice. Be aware the bath for these areas is downstairs. Was no problem for our stay. Also the train is so close to the upstairs rooms but as long as windows are closed it was not a problem. Miriam was very accessible and helpful. Loved our stay and definitely recommend.

We stayed at this wonderful place while there was a major snowstorm back home...what timing! The home itself had everything we needed, including very comfortable beds, TVs in every bedroom and the living room, and an indoor gas fireplace. Everything was very clean and we had plenty of room for 3 of us. We spent most of our time outside on the patio and the beach, which was outstanding. There was enough space and seating for us to enjoy company, yet solitude when we needed it. The hosts were great communicators and very friendly, keeping us updated and informed, and were quick to respond to our emails. The security guards at the gate were friendly and helpful. We took advantage of the food delivery service, so that everything was there when we arrived. We couldn't have asked for a more relaxing getaway from the winter blues!
