This suited our needs perfectly. Clean, pet friendly, reasonable rates and minutes from Shands hospital. Cheaper than a hotel and has washing machine/dryer which was a big plus. David, the host, replied immediately to my question at check in. No complaints here. Thank you for the hospitality.

We stayed for two nights in Gainsville for grandaughter's graduation from UF.in May 2026. Very nice place with everything provided for a comfortable stay.

The property was in a good location, close to a walking path and a couple of parks. The house was very clean but there were a few maintenance issues such as back door did not open, and the shower leaked onto the bathroom floor. Also, neighbors were noisy, but they were respectful and the noise did not go past 10 pm. Good place for dogs with large backyard.

The property is as relatively clean, but truly wasn’t much better than a hotel room. Noisy neighbors, funky heating/cooling. Only couch to sit on was ridiculously uncomfortable and the TV has no volume to speak of. Shower was leaky and sprayed water all over the bathroom floor.
