Ideal for family holidays, this is a wonderful typical Mallorquin farmhouse, full of traditional features, lovingly restored. The villa has a large garden with pool set in over 4 acres of private land located in open countryside and benefits from some of the most stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The villa offers accommodation for up to 8 people all on one level, it is in an excellent location a short drive to Pollensa and a 35 minute walk into Puerto Pollensa on its newly constructed walkway. A regular bus service just a 15 minute stroll away operates to Pollensa, the port and Palma.

A spacious comfortable place to stay in a quiet location. Pollença is a 10-minute bike ride away. Also visit Cala St. Vincent, which has a nice beach.

The property was in a great location for both Port de Pollença and Pollença itself with Alcudia just up the road.
We are a family of 6 adults and therfore the 4 bedroomed villa was ideal. The pool and outdoor space was just perfect for both day and nightime living. We ate out most nights but 2 nights we stayed in and used the bbq.
As there was a heatwave towards the end of the week the Air conditioning came into its own.
We had a great time and we have promised ourselves that we will return and to the same villa.

Nice peaceful location!
Easy to find, lit up private gated access to parking!
Great villa!
Grandparents stayed in the outside guest room with ensuite which was perfect!
Bedrooms were a good size and comfortable, all had air conditioning, however we did not use on our visit as just opened windows. WiFi was faster than back at home in the UK and was unlimited, excellent spacious kitchen the facilities included an ice machine and filtered water direct from fridge which was a big plus.
Outdoor space was great for alfresco dining and just relaxing, we used the BBQ daily plenty of comfy seating, pool and garden lit up at night. children loved the swimming pool, and exploring the garden. The port was just a short drive away with a fantastic beach perfect for the children, we tried a few of the owners recommended restaurants and they were very good. Would highly recommend this villa, and will definitely return.
