Golden desert light spills across the valley as the Santa Rosa Mountains rise in the distance - mornings here carry a quiet stillness that makes it easy to forget the rest of the world exists. Come evening, the fire pit draws you outside, the sky deepens, and the neighborhood settles into the kind of calm that only the desert delivers. This PGA West home is built for exactly that kind of reset.


Sleeping arrangements
Two bedrooms and a loft sleep up to 6 guests comfortably. The Primary Suite is anchored by a Cal King bed, a 50` TV, and an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a separate walk-in shower. The second bedroom also features a Cal King bed and a 50` TV. Up in the loft, a Queen sleeper sofa and 55` TV offer a flexible space for additional guests, while the living room sofa adds extra room to spread out.


Living & comfort
The living area centers on a 55` Smart TV and comfortable seating - ideal for movie nights or catching the game after a day out. Central air conditioning, central heating, and ceiling fans keep things comfortable year-round. For those blending work and travel, a dedicated workspace, Wifi, Ethernet connection, and additional Wifi with boosters cover all your connectivity needs. In-home laundry, clothing storage, and a full set of essentials round things out for longer stays.


Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is equipped for real cooking - stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a 4-burner gas range with oven give you everything you need. Wine glasses, a blender, baking sheet, and barbecue utensils are on hand alongside the standard cooking basics, dishes, and silverware. A Keurig coffee machine is ready each morning, and the dining table provides a proper spot to gather for meals.


Outdoor living
The private backyard - fully fenced - opens up the best of desert evenings. Outdoor furniture, a dedicated dining area, BBQ grill, and fire pit make it easy to settle in as the temperature drops and the mountains fade into the dusk. A private patio or balcony extends your outdoor options further.


Community & facilities
Within the PGA West community, you`re a short walk from the Signature clubhouse and a shared outdoor pool - heated, open 24 hours, and available all year. A shared hot tub and shared gym nearby add to the amenity picture. A golf cart is included for getting around the community, and an EV charger is available on-site. The home also features a private entrance and keypad self check-in for a seamless arrival.


Location
Positioned on the Stadium Course at PGA West, the home sits less than 4 miles from the Empire Polo Grounds - putting Coachella and Stagecoach festivals well within reach. Old Town La Quinta, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, and the golf courses, shopping, and dining along Highway 111 are all nearby. The Coachella Valley`s best is easy to access, and just as easy to leave behind when you`re ready to come home.


Additional features
Free parking on premises and free street parking are available, along with an EV charger for electric vehicles. The home has a private entrance and supports self check-in via keypad. Safety features include smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. Long term stays allowed. Golf Cart (Included for free!)

Check in is after 4PM local time, and check out is 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation. There is no extra fee for early check in, or, late check out (If we can accommodate your request, we most certainly will!)
Our homes are keyless entry, we issue a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier. There is a 24 hour gate security for access to the community.
Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.
We have an indoor music system. We do recommend bringing your own Bluetooth speaker in case you have Bluetooth connectivity issues since you can arrange them where you like and they are easy to connect to!

Pet policy
No cats, certain non-shedding hypoallergenic dogs will be considered at an additional fee.
We highly recommend travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation policies are firm.

Please carefully review all PGA Signature Community Rules, all tickets will come out of the deposit.

PARKING- All vehicles must be parked in the garage/driveway (Can`t be hanging into the street or the HOA will ticket) additionally 2 vehicles are allowed on the street.

VEHICLE SIZE- SPRINTER VANS are not allowed in PGA Signature. No commercial size vehicles.

VEHICLE PASSES- All passes must be displayed on the windshield or patrol will ticket.

NOISE ORDINANCE:
Quiet enjoyment hours are from 10:00PM-7AM. Outside use is limited to quiet conversation only. No music or amplified devices from cell phones to Bluetooth devices are allowed. Citations will come out of the renters deposit, PGA West is a zero tolerance community, if security is called a fine will be imposed.

Loud noise isn`t permissible anytime of the day, per city (max 70 decibels from 7am-10pm) and is considered disrupting the peace of permanent residents, noise violations incur a $1000 fine (taken out of deposit) and possible eviction. Thank you for respecting our local residents!

PETS- If you plan on bringing your certified service animal or emotional support dog we would appreciate communication and documentation prior to check in to supply to the home owners:).

POOL/HOT TUB (RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT)

You understand that you accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and all accidents that may happen on the property and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers with swimming and may present a danger to adults who consume medication, alcohol, or drugs and children who are not carefully supervised. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, exposure to any of our plants that can be poisonous if eaten, or any other activities on the property.

Renter shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the property owner, its respective affiliates and partners from and against all demands, suits, judgments, settlements, claims, damages to persons and/or property, fines, liens, losses, and other liabilities, including attorneys` fees arising out of or in any way related to your stay in our property and its surrounding land including claims for loss or damage to any property or for death or injury to any individual. owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to the property.
