We were all over Majorca to see several places with beautiful views but there was no View anywhere near as beautiful as The View from our Upper Terrace off of the living room. Tremendous amount of closet space and the bathroom is where quite spacious. We were just a 5-minute drive down to Valldemossa one of the most beautiful villages on Majorca. The house was well equipped just as described that we would certainly return when we get the chance.

Great place to stay with the family. Wonderful views from every landing and seating area. The kitchen is well-appointed and fun to cook in. It is slightly out of town, which means great privacy and quietness. The trade-off is that you have to drive to walk around town. We would come back again.

I cannot say enough good things about this property and its location. It's worth every penny. The views are amazing!! It has three bedrooms, each with only king beds, which was a little disappointing for my son and his friend, but we were able to make it work. You will also need a car to get to town and to explore the island, as walking on those narrow roads is dangerous. If my travel plans afford me the chance to visit Mallorca again, I will surely return to this house.

The views are really breath-taking and the terraces are amazing. The reason for the 3 stars is what can only be described as sewer stench that permeates the entire house, especially penetrating in the master bedroom (lower floor), stairwell, dining room (upper floor). Even airing it out with all of the windows open did nothing to eradicate the intense Paris sewer smell. When I asked the property manager about it, she shrugged and told me, "it only happens when the wind hits just right". In reading back through other reviews, this has been an issue for a long time and the owner continues to ignore or downplay the extreme unpleasantness. If we weren't staying a short time, I would have moved to a different location. Also, we experienced power outages. Apparently, you can't use 3 burners and the washer and dryer at the same time. The master bathroom has ants and the tub is unusable due to lack of hot water plumbing to the tub. Don't forget the tourist tax of 1.10 euro in cash for those over 16 which we were not told about until late the night before our departure. The property manager was not very friendly and the owner was friendly via texting.
