Villa La Sort - Enchanting and Modern Property in La Font, Pollensa
Just a few minutes' walk from the historic centre, this villa offers the perfect location to explore the town whilst enjoying the peace and tranquillity of the area.
The L-shaped villa has a well-defined rest area with two double bedrooms. One room has windows overlooking the barbecue area, whilst the other opens with double doors onto the terrace next to the swimming pool. A third double bedroom features an en suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. Please note that there is air conditioning in all bedrooms except in the living-dining room and the kitchen.
The villa also offers a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing meals. A few steps lead to a hallway that runs around the house, leading to the brick barbecue area and an outdoor bathroom with shower, perfect for refreshing yourself after a sunny day.
The exterior of the villa is designed to fully enjoy the Mediterranean climate. The pool terrace offers impressive views of the La Font mountains, while the upper terrace boasts views of the majestic Puig Maria and the slopes of Santuiri, providing a relaxing and serene setting. Guests can also enjoy a game of table tennis, perfect for family entertainment.
To make your stay more comfortable, we provide pool/beach towels, so you don't need to bring additional luggage!

We have now spent approximately 8 holidays at this beautiful villa. Perfect size, perfect location, beautiful grounds and very well maintained. The pool area is a winner for us. We will be back as it has become our home from home in Pollenca. Thank you
1. Would love zip link single beds that convert to large doubles in both of the single bedded rooms. 2. This is very much out of your control but cats were a big problem this year. They were very bold and tried to get into the villa even if we were sitting around the pool area. 4 of them took to sleeping at night on the sofa outside the kitchen door. We used jugs of water to shoo them away. Worked to a point but they always came back. Perhaps enlarge the do not feed the cats signs, in case visitors are tempted to do so. Also highlight in pre holiday information. Thanks

Much more spacious than the photos suggest, a modern property with great outdoor space and pool. Easily walkable to the centre of the old town with a supermarket and transport links nearby too.
